This is the Shackman Polaroid Multishot 84 Camera. It has been made by the Shackman Company in England. It shoots 4 passport pictures on a sheet of 100 pack film. Besides Polaroid making its own Polaroid branded passport cameras (most from Japan), there were many companies attaching their own brand like Cambo and Shackman.

Focal distance calculated for 1.5m distance to the object.
F: 11 to 64.
Fixed shutter speed.
Hot shoe for flash
Viewer with lined frame.

It takes 4 pictures at once, but can make different pictures if using black lens caps. There was a rotating disk to be stuck into the hole between the 4 lenses which bore rubber caps, so you could choose your configuratin. The camera works without batteries.

Film Back open.

If you unscrew the back (only 4 screws), you can take out the compartment sheets and re-arrange them for various configurations. So it's possible to make stereo pictures either in portrait or landscape mode. You will need the lens caps or the rotating disk...
