This is a very useful accessory for the first models of the
Polaroid SX70 folding series, those without a tripod adapter. It
attaches to
all models and provides the missing tripod scew hole. It has a cold
shoe which can be attached and inclined according to the inclined front
of the folding SX70 to use a standard flash. There was an adapter cable
from standard flash to SX70 flash in the set, but I lent it to someone
who didn't give it back. Nevertheless it can still serve as tripod
adapter.
It
is easy to use, just silde the camera in.

If
you want just a tripod adapter, this is a good solution. with the cold
shoe detached, it doesn't add much to the size of the SX70.
